IF FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER YOU SHOULD FAIL TO BE SATISFIED WITH YOUR XBUGGY PRODUCT, YOU MAY RETURN IT WITHIN 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SHIPPING FOR A 70% REFUND . To return products, must be within 15 calendar days from the original ship date, call Xbuggy.com's Customer Service toll-free at 1-888-870-0884 to receive a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number), which must appear on all communications about the Returned Product, and on the outside of the shipping packaging. You must ship the products to Express Notebook in their original packaging; shipping paid and insured or accept the risk of loss or damage during the shipment. Returned products must be in as-new condition, and all of the manuals, power cables, and other items bundled must be returned. Customer must to ensure that product is returned and received by Xbuggy.com within 15 Calendar Days from the Date of Shipping.

UPS/FedEx Ground/UPS Freight/Trucking LTL Services will take between 1-7 business days plus processing time.
No Delivery on Saturday or Sunday. UPS/FedEx Ground/UPS Freight/Trucking LTL Services Does not ship to P.O. Box.
Military APO/FPO orders will be Accepted only under 70Lbs.; Make sure you choose AE or AP as your state.
For HI, AK, and PR customers, UPS/FedEx can only ship via 2nd day or overnight, please contact our sale rep for the shipping quote, and shipping time will not be guaranteed.
All Orders will take 2-3 business days to process before it ships.
